Heritage Park Restroom
DESCRIPTION
This project includes removal of the existing restroom building and replacement with an approximately 820 square feet restroom building, concrete paving, landscaping, irrigation, electrical, and other associated elements to provide for a complete project.
PRE-BID MEETING
A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on May 28, 2025, at 2:00 pm local time at Heritage Park, 185 E. State Street, Eagle, Idaho. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged, but not mandatory.
BID DATE
Sealed bids for the project described will be received at the City of Eagle Clerk’s Office, Eagle City Hall, 660 E. Civic Lane, Eagle, Idaho 83616 until 10:00 am local time on June 5, 2025. Bids will be publicly opened and read shortly thereafter. Proposals submitted after the above specified time shall not be received or opened.

Seneca Paving Project
DESCRIPTION
The City of Seneca, Oregon is requesting bids for following work: Overlaying an existing gravel road with a minimum 2-inch thickness of hot mix asphalt (HMA), including preparation of the existing surface for paving and construction of 3-foot gravel shoulders on both sides of Shirttail Creek Road. The Shirttail Creek Road is currently a gravel and dirt road that provides access to the Solid Waste Transfer Station and the City owned Grant County Shooting Range. The intent of the project is to prepare and pave this road starting at State Highway 395 and over the Silvies River for approximately 2,600 feet. Construction funding includes ODOT Small City Allotment (SCA) grant funds.
The Project has an expected duration of 120 days.
