South 6th Street Rehabilitation – Phase 3
DESCRIPTION
The Payette Urban Renewal Agency is requesting bids for following work:
The project is located on South 6th Street, Payette, Idaho. The project includes Excavation, installation of a new 8-inch water line, adding service lines, installing curb, gutter, & sidewalks, storm drain facilities, and paving the roadway. The Project has an expected duration of 105 calendar days to final completion for construction including lead time for materials. Project time of completion will be negotiated with the winning contractor if all or more than the base bid Phase is awarded for this project.
PRE-BID MEETING
April 23, 2026 at 10:00 AM local time at Project Site. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
BID DATE
Payette City Hall located at 700 Center Avenue, Payette, Idaho 83661 until May 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. No electronic delivery of bids will be accepted. Bid delivery method to be determined by bidder, but no late bids will be accepted for any reason, even for circumstances beyond the control of the bidder.
