Stabilization and Repair of Bulkhead and Trail

In June of 2016, HECO Engineers in partnership with their subcontractor Golder Associates, conducted a scoping trip to examine the existing conditions of the Cleetwood trail and bulkhead facilities. The result of the scoping trip was a report recommending additional surveys, information and data required to develop alternatives for stabilization and repair. The trip gathered information to support PMIS project development and Class C level cost estimates for the planning and implementation of repairs. This current project is for supplemental services to implement the recommendations for data gathering, testing, geotech analysis, etc. which has been identified.

Golder engineers performed a geotechnical and geohazard assessment at Cleetwood Cove Bulkhead and trail for the National Park Service.
