Residential Subdivision Development in Weiser, Idaho

HECO Engineers expanded our expertise into residential subdivision development with the Aspen Brook Subdivision project in Weiser, Idaho. This 10-lot, 3-acre subdivision, located on the east side of Weiser, served as an early milestone for HECO’s foray into this area. Despite its smaller size, Aspen Brook Subdivision served as an excellent template for future HECO subdivisions, showcasing the company’s commitment to delivering well-designed residential developments.

HECO Engineers played a pivotal role in the Aspen Brook Subdivision project by providing a comprehensive range of services. Our team developed civil drawings that included a full site plan, utility line layout, grading plan, drainage report, and a plan and profile for a cul-de-sac entrance off E 9th St. In addition to these technical aspects, HECO Engineers assisted with navigating the complex city and county codes and regulations, ensuring compliance with all requirements. Furthermore, we represented the project in securing full approval from the City of Weiser, the Idaho Transportation Department, and other relevant entities, streamlining the approval process for the subdivision. 

As of November 2022, seven out of the ten lots within the Aspen Brook Subdivision have been fully constructed, demonstrating the successful realization of this residential development project. HECO Engineers provided comprehensive land development services, guiding the project from initial concept to final plat approval. Our expertise in city/county code navigation, grading plans, drainage reports, and civil engineering contributed to the successful completion of this project and the creation of a desirable residential community in Weiser.
