This residential development comprised seven lots spread across approximately 2.17 acres, with convenient public street access via Sunflower Court. HECO Engineers took on the role of primary project manager, working collaboratively with various subcontractors to execute the design work for the entire project. Our team expertly developed initial grading plans, sewer and stormwater systems, lot layouts, setbacks, and road configurations to ensure a well-designed and functional subdivision.
